On Thursday 9 June, catering students from Yeovil College will be taking over The Apple Tree Restaurant from 7pm. The students will be using The Apple Tree Farm Shop, which is packed full of locally sourced produce, as a larder to serve up a two course feast. I’m sure the students will be very grateful to Zoey for letting them loose in her kitchen, to get some hands-on experience in a professional working environment.

Tickets are on sale in The Apple Tree and cost £15 per person.
