Back by popular demand, Lesley Waters, TV chef and owner of Lesley Waters Cookery School in Halstock, will be sharing some of her favourite Christmas cocktails and party canapé recipes at a pop-up cookery demonstration at Poundbury Gardens on Thursday 15 November.

With chicken liver pate, blue cheese gallette and mini festive croissants set to feature on the line up, as well as dips and relishes, Lesley will be taking inspiration from local seasonal produce to create some easy-to-follow recipes that will wow your guests this Christmas.

The pop-up cookery demo will take place at the event space on the first floor of the garden centre, from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Tickets cost £35 per person and are available online at
