Delivery & Planting Driver at Castle Gardens

Are you a green-fingered driving champ who loves making people smile? The Gardens Group is looking for a Delivery & Planting Driver to join our team and help us delight our customers, one beautiful garden at a time.
If you love the open road, hate boring desk jobs, and want to help people bring their gardens to life, you might like to consider this role!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering Happiness (and Plants): You will be the face of our business, delivering plants and garden goods right to our customers’ doorsteps with top-tier customer service.
• Planting: You won’t just drop and run! You will help plant and care for our stock, ensuring every shrub and tree gets the VIP treatment it deserves.
• Driving: You will drive efficient delivery routes, avoiding traffic and getting our plants to their new homes safely and on time.
• Caring for Your Vehicle: From checking tyre pressures to looking after your planting tools, you will keep our delivery vehicles running smoothly and safely.
• Problem Solving: When minor issues crop up, you will solve them with a “win-win” attitude to keep our customers Happy and smiling.

What We Need

• Experience: Previous experience as a great driver with a clean driving licence would be most advantageous.
• Heart: A People Person: You genuinely love chatting with customers and going the extra mile to make their day.
• Safety-First Mindset: You know the Highway Code like the back of your hand and always keep safety and regulations in mind.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can handle delivery sheets, match up receipts, and spot a vehicle defect quickly and easily.
• A Self-Motivated Learner: You are eager to grow your plant knowledge (learning from the best) and keep team motivation high.
