Promising big laughs, classic characters and plenty of family fun, Illyria will be bringing Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows to Castle Gardens on Sunday 30 August. With two live performances set to be staged beneath the summer sky, starting at 5pm and 7.30pm, children and grown-ups alike can enjoy the adventures of Mole, Rat, Mr Toad and Mr Badger, brought to life in Illyria’s inimitable style.
Following the latest social distancing guidelines for open air theatre, tickets will be limited to 120 per performance. Please do bring along picnics, blankets, seating and warm clothes, as you settle down for an evening of raucous comedy in the walled garden.
Doors open at 4pm and 6:30pm respectively and tickets are now on sale from Castle Gardens and online via www.illyria.co.uk. Tickets cost £10 per adult and £7.50 per child (0-16).
